The Forkful Life – Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • • You may return most physical kitchenware and hardcover cookbooks within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include any manuals or accessories.
  • • Please provide a receipt or order number.

2. Non Returnable Items

  • Digital products (e cookbooks, downloadable guides)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • • Cookbooks with missing shrink-wrap or opened packaging

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • • Inspect your order upon delivery.
  • • Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photo proof.
  • • We’ll issue a full replacement or refund, including shipping.

4. How to Return

  • 1. Email support@theforkfullife.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • 2. We'll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • 3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Keep your shipping receipt.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • • Return shipping is non-refundable unless due to our error.

6. Refund Process

  • • After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll contact you via email.
  • • Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • • Shipping charges are only refunded if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

7. Missing or Late Refunds

  • • Double-check your bank or credit card statement.
  • • Contact your bank—it may take a few days.
  • • Still missing? Email us at support@theforkfullife.com.

8. Exchanges

  • • We can replace items that are defective or damaged.
  • • Want a different product? Return your original for a refund, then place a new order.

9. International Orders

  • • International shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • • You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and return shipping.
  • • We recommend using trackable shipping services.
