Pour the cream into the Rockcrok® Dutch Oven or Everyday Pan. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 2–3 minutes, or until just simmering.
Place the Dutch oven in the Rockcrok® Digital Slow Cooker Stand and turn to WARM. Add the chocolate; let stand for 10 minutes. Stir until the mixture is melted and combined. Keep warm in the Slow Cooker Stand.
