peach zucchini smoothie bowl

This Peach Zucchini Smoothie Bowl is the perfect way to add some extra vegetables to your smoothie! Frozen zucchini adds creaminess without changing the flavor.

Ingredients

    • 1.5 cup chopped zucchini, frozen
    • 1.5 cup sliced peaches, fresh or frozen
    • 1 cup full-fat vanilla yogurt (or plain)
    • 1/4 – 3/4 cup water (or milk/juice/etc)
    • 1–2 pitted dates to sweeten, optional

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. (If using fresh peaches, start with 1/4 cup liquid to help blend and add ice to thicken if needed. If using frozen peaches, start with 1/2-3/4 cup liquid and add more if needed.)
