1/2 cup (2 oz/125 mL) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp (15 mL) snipped fresh parsley
1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, softened
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground black pepper

Directions
Finely grate cheese using Rotary Grater. Snip parsley using Professional Shears. In Classic Batter Bowl, combine cheese, parsley, butter, garlic pressed with Garlic Press and black pepper; mix well. Serve with Homemade Flatbread, if desired.
