Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders

I get bored with chicken easily, so if I’m going to have it, it has to be interesting, it has to have a ton of flavor, and it has to be relatively easy to throw together.

Ingredients

    • ¼ cup lemon juice
    • ¼ cup whole-grain Dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    • ¼ cup honey
    • 2 large garlic cloves, grated
    • ¼ tsp. salt.
    • 1 Tlbs. Olive oil
    • 2 lbs. chicken tenders

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, whole-grain mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and olive oil.
  2. Add chicken tenders to a ziplock bag. Pour ¾ of marinade on top. Seal and put bag in a bowl. Marinate for a least four hours and up to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill chicken until charred on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
