Whether it’s classic, or a spiced-up version, this easy egg salad is simple and flavor-packed.

Ingredients
Classic Egg Salad
8 hard boiled eggs
½ cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
3 tbsp (45 mL) dill pickle relish
1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
�� tsp (0.5 mL) each salt and pepper
Dill Pickle
8 hard boiled eggs
�� cup (75 mL) mayonnaise
3 tbsp (45 mL) dill pickle relish
1-½ tsp (5-7 mL) dried dill weed
�� tsp (0.5 mL) each salt and pepper
BLT
8 hard boiled eggs
�� cup (75 mL) mayonnaise
4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1 ripe avocado, pitted, cut into quarters
¼ tsp (0.5 mL) salt
Barbecue
8 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp (45 mL) BBQ sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL) mayonnaise
½ cup (125 mL) French fried onions
�� tsp (0.5 mL) each salt and pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to the Deluxe Stand Mixer with the whisk attachment. Set to WHIP for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
